Alternatively, you can go to the "REQUEST A QUOTE" page and send us details of your order, and we will send you a quotation within 24 to 48 hours. If you need help with designing, our designers will make designs for you, and after your approval and payment, we can move towards production.
A: We accept all payment methods, including PayPal, online transfer, Western Union, bank transfer, and card payment.
A: We provide free shipping on all orders, and your products will be delivered to your address. We will keep you informed throughout the process, and you will get an email when your shipment is dispatched. You can track your shipment using the tracking number and link we sent you in your email.

A: We don't offer exchanges because all our products are customized per the client's specifications. If there is a mistake on our part, then we will make new products for you and will ship them to you. A: We normally take 14 working days to deliver the custom uniforms. The time it takes for us to make the custom apparel depends on the quantity, design, and availability of fabrics. If you need customized fabric, it might take an additional 15 working days to source the fabric.
2. Product Quality and Materials
A: We use various materials in our products, and you can check the respective category pages for the available options of materials and fabrics.

A: We use premium-quality fabrics, dyes, embroidery, and sublimation to make our products. The main method used for customizations in custom uniforms is sublimation, and the dyes won't fade or come off even after years of use.
A: Yes, you can request samples to assess the quality, and we will charge a small amount for the samples. We want you to get samples first so that you can have an idea regarding the quality we will deliver.
3. Sizing and Personalization
A: We have our size chart available on the size chart page, and all the sizes with their countries are mentioned there. You can check these measurements and match them with your clothing or sports uniforms to understand the sizing.
A: Yes, you can customize the colors, designs, and fabric. You can do it using our kit builder, or you can send your files, and we will make mock-ups for your products and send them to you for approval.
A: We offer plenty of customization options, including adding numbers, names, logos, colors, fabrics, etc. Our design team will help you throughout the process.
4. Bulk Orders and Team/Club Discounts
A: Yes, the higher the quantity, the lower the price.
A: You can request a quote, and we will send you a quotation with the quantity mentioned. You can then place bulk orders easily.
A: If you are using logos for world-renowned brands, we might ask you for a letter from the respective sponsor to show the customs department that we are allowed to use the logo of your respective sponsors.
A: The minimum order quantity is 10. Orders with quantities below 10 may incur additional shipping charges.
5. Care and Maintenance
A: The care labels inside the clothing provide specific care and wash instructions. Please check the care labels for detailed instructions.
A: Yes, almost all of our products are machine washable. If there are any non-machine washable products, we will inform you about them.

7. Shipping and Delivery
A: We offer free shipping for custom uniforms, and the shipping costs are included in the quotation we provide for custom apparel. However, any custom or duty fees in your country will be your responsibility.
A: For custom uniforms, we normally take 15 working days to deliver. In the case of custom apparel, the production time depends on various factors, and we will inform you about it when you request a quote.
A: Unfortunately, you cannot change the shipping address once we have dispatched your order.

8. Order Status and Changes

A: No, since we make customized clothing, we can't provide a warranty, except for the guarantee that the color won't fade and the fabric won't shrink. However, even with our high-quality materials, natural wear and tear can occur over time.
A: If you face any issues, kindly inform us, and we will assist you. If the defect is due to our mistake, we will make new clothing for you and send it to you.
